I found Steve through his YouTube channel. He goes to many different locations that are 2-3 hours travel for me. It seemed like a good match. Steve is a passionate and experienced photographer. He covered a wide range of topics, including locations, composition, lighting, camera settings, and post-processing.. The workshop was held in a variety of great locations around Castleton (my choice) in the Peak District. This also helped me know where to go back to on my own including sunrise the following day. Steve gave me the opportunity to practice my photography in a variety of different locations and different times of the day. I would never have found all of these places on my own in a day. The workshop was well-organised and informative. Steve was always happy to answer questions and provided helpful advice. He provided helpful feedback on my photos He also created a fun and supportive learning environment. We also had some good conversations about going off grid in campervans. Here are some specific things that I liked about the workshop: Steve is very passionate and enthusiastic about photography Steve's style is very engaging and informative. Steve is patient and helpful. He is always willing to answer questions and provide feedback. Steve is very knowledgeable about locations in the Peak District Steve is knowledgeable on using a campervan for photography. And last but not least great value for money. Overall, I had a great time at Steve's photography workshop in the Peak District. I’ll be booking a 3 day workshop in Wales next.
